Seeking a front office assistant for a fast-paced ENT/Facial Plastic Surgery practice. 2 locations: Newport Beach , CA. and Orange , CA . This is a high satisfaction job due to a wide variety of interesting cases, ease of working with the doctor, and high patient satisfaction.

Be part of a prestigious and diverse practice that includes cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the face, as well as ENT surgery. Your organizational skills are required as the doctor transitions to full time in Newport Beach .

Job involves answering phones, scheduling appointments on a computer, filing, faxing, message taking, managing communications in the office. The job also involves charges submission to the billing service and end-of-the-day balancing of charges and payments.

Full time position with excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, 401K, MSA, profit sharing. Salary based on qualifications. Generous bonusing based on performance.
